Physics is being taught as one of the subject in all the
branches of Ist Year B.Tech. The Department of Physics of
this institute is proud to boast another reward setting
year for academics.
It is well known fact that the knowledge of Physical Theories
and its laws is not only necessary for as a subject but
its study has many practical applications in industry and
in our own lives.
The PSAT has a very specious physics lab
with ultramodern apparatus and facilities. The treatment
of the physics practical has been made simple and accessible
to all students with the help of printed laboratory manual.
PSAT has recently completed two years
since its establishments in the year 2008-09 and we are
proud to say that since then in all the academic sessions
i.e. up to 2009-10, the department of physics has given
approximately 100% result . So it is our confidence that
we will continue producing engineering graduates well-equipped
to meet contemporary challenges.
The mission of physics department in
PSAT
is to provide every opportunity for each student to attain
the best. The seeds for the craving for excellence would be
shown in the minds of the students as soon as they enter the
portals of the physics department in
PSAT.
